The app does not provide medical advice
You exercise at your own risk
Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort

The app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Arnold Split and protected by copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Injuries sustained while exercising
Loss of workout data
App downtime or errors

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of new terms.
